We operate our online store at shockstuff.cz.

For the sale of products and the operation of our website, we process certain personal data.

We will use these details to contact you to further arrange details regarding our products and services.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract or the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process your personal data?
If no further cooperation ensues, we will process your data for up to 10 years from our last communication.


B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of a Purchase

When you make a purchase with us, we process the information you provide. This mainly comprises your billing details, such as:

  • First name
  • Surname
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Address/registered office
  • Company ID (if applicable)
  • Information about your purchase

For what purpose?
We process your personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations – to deliver our goods or services. We also use your contact information to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, to manage complaints, or to answer any inquiries.

Furthermore, we process personal data to comply with our statutory obligations (primarily for accounting and tax purposes, as well as for handling complaints and other related matters).

On what legal basis?
This processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process your personal data?
We will process your data for the duration of the provision of our service and for 10 years after the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.


C. Newsletter (Commercial Communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our latest news.

On what legal basis?
This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on Certain Information Society Services, provided you did not object at the time of purchase.

How long will we process your personal data?
For 10 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via the link provided in the email or by contacting us at: info@shockstuff.cz.


II. Who Has Access to Your Data?

Your data remains with us. However, some companies or third parties, who assist us in operating our online store, may have access to the data. These include:

  • The operator of our e‑shop platform, Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., with registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00 Prague 6, Company ID: 28935675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395).
  • Companies involved in the shipping of goods (e.g., Zásilkovna s.r.o., PPL s.r.o.).
  • Companies involved in processing payments (e.g., Zásilkovna s.r.o., PPL s.r.o.).
  • The provider of our email marketing services (CZ s.r.o., Shoptet a.s.).

All personal data is processed only within the territory of the European Union.

  • Our company does not have a designated Data Protection Officer.
  • Decisions in our company are not based on automated processing or profiling.
